As I did the usual scroll through the feed, this opportunity came up. I emailed, describing who I am etc and was lucky enough to be chosen to experience The Roots degustation by three hatted chef Giulio Sturla, known for his Christchurch restaurant, Roots. We ended the night with honeycomb and I drew a picture depicting how the meals made me feel..
