am inspired by so many. There is a plethora of amazing forums and people creating informative and actually helpful advice. I did find it difficult to find information relevant to New Zealand so wanted to create something for us Kiwis!

What started as something fun for Chinese New Year celebrations and also as a fun activity to do with my flat mates, turned into staying up until 12am until most nights or my latest being 4am. These have been such fun and has me hungry for more bao creations and something more of note to make my mark amongst any future customers.

I organised my workplace brunch last year and it was so much fun! I made my own sourdough bread, infamous crispy pork belly and organised some cheese and cured meat platters!
