Moist Carrot Loaf Cake - Inspired Taste Results

Moist af, so damn tasty and easy to make!

If you’re craving something a bit more indulgent than your average carrot cake then you have to try this. There is yet to be any icing on here but the next recipe, most definitely will. Cream cheese icing always wins me for a carrot cake.

Using Inspired Taste’s recipe with a few of my own adjustments, their recipe is a great base for creating a moist cake from dense ingredients.

I remember using less carrots and less ingredients in general as I went for a loaf cake instead. I would urge you to try their recipe though as it really works! I’ll be making another carrot cake basing it off their recipe but altering it again. I’m thinking to keep to their amount of carrots but have some toasted walnuts, a cinnamon nutmeg and butterscotch mascarpone icing and top off with some candied salted walnuts.
