Brainstorming
Remote and in person. We made use of Miro, Trello and Microsoft Teams to collaborate on all aspects of Level Up

We used Microsoft teams to do our daily scrums and keep on track of our daily tasks to complete our two week sprint.

Problem Statement Brainstorming
We each spent an allocated time on our own statement then collaborated to agree on main points we all showed direction towards to create the best statement - highlighted in yellow

User Story
Product owner:
As a Digital Technology Education Provider, I want to create an intuitive, comprehensive learning management system that supports the courses delivery, so that it can be incorporated into schools' curriculum effectively.
Teachers:
As a teacher I want a simple and easy to use guided system though interactive design and provides clear indicators for students learning progress so that the teachers can grade holistically.

Architecture
We each created our own info architecture and then collaborated to formulate the best way to site map and interact with the teacher dashboard and homepage. There was a lot of feedback about a left hand side menu to create

Personal Brand Idea
We each came up with an idea for level up works and this was mine. Using fruit and a garden of knowledge type aspect with the goal to become a ‘golden kiwifruit’. It was relatable to a Kiwi audience and thought a game/ leaderboard type of interaction would help students learn better.

LevelUp Edu-Dashboard User Experience
One of our iterations of the teacher dashboard. Two team members focused on the main page after we worked together on deciding the logo, branding and style colours. Aimed towards young children and creating a simple intuitive interface. The main experience we aimed to really solve was the holistic approach all teachers wanted but couldn’t quite figure out how to show in progress. I decided on a traffic light type of way to encourage a teacher to interact with their student to get away from numerical grading. Working with Rachel we came up with the words Challenge, Monitor and Motivate. These are easily understood but allow a holistic approach and ability to add their own separate notes to keep note on their students.
