They also use NZ wheat flour that is milled and grown here!
They are serving up some real f&%#ing bread.

Beautiful interior and pastries.

I always try a croissant at pretty much every bakery I go to. Theirs’ is a sweeter croissant perfect with a long black or black tea, layers are there and a beautiful buttery flavour is there making it melt quite nicely in your mouth

Also service wise - My order came out wrong and was sold out so they let me pick anything off the menu !
He encouraged me to get anything so I built my own sandwich - initially thinking they would only give me half since that would have covered the value of my original order but they got me the whole sandwich!

It was really good but would definitely recommend getting it toasted. I mean, who can pass up a toastie made from fresh in-house baked bread?! I only had a sandwich because I forgot to ask for it toasted and didn’t want to trouble the poor guy anymore haha.
